Agile, just-in-time support

Flexible 1:1 60-minute sessions for leaders facing urgent, situational, or high-stakes challenges.

  • Includes an initial chemistry meeting, plus 3–4 60 minute sessions over a 12-month period.

  • Builds confidential, trusted support outside the organisational hierarchy.

  • Organisations receive monthly usage reporting with aggregated insights while maintaining individual confidentiality.
